For all larger items we use a courier service. This is predominantly Parcelforce Worldwide. For small delivery items we usually use Royal Mail. We will request your mobile telephone number, email address and any special delivery instructions so that we can keep you fully advised of progress and ensure safe delivery.
Once an order has been accepted, we shall do our best to dispatch the order within 5 working days. This is an expected delivery time. It is not guaranteed, but we do have an excellent record of fulfilling orders well within this timescale. All Ex-Stock items are usually shipped out the same or following day. If circumstances arise which mean that there is likely to be a significant delay then we shall inform you of this.
Unfortunately there are instances where courier companies charge an additional fee for deliveries to UK addresses that they classify as remote. These may include, but are not necessarily limited to, the Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. We will advise you by e-mail if there is any surcharge to pay for delivery.
Please feel free to advise of any special delivery instructions to ensure that your parcel is delivered safely to you – For example ‘Please leave with neighbour at No. 42 if we are not in’. Please note that any such instructions are to be complied with at the courier’s discretion.
